Regulations of an Establishment have been established in compliance with the Civil Law of the Republic of Latvia and generally accepted code of behavior in the society.
- The organizer of the event shall be responsible for the course and content of the event.
- The visitors shall be personally responsible for their belongings.
- The visitors shall undertake a full financial responsibility for the financial damage caused by him to „Dzintari Concert Hall", Ltd.
- The visitors shall be permitted to enter the Dzintari Concert Hall only presenting an appropriate ticket or an invitation. It is desirable to retain the ticket to the end of the event.
- The visitor shall be obliged to sit only in the seat indicated in the ticket or invitation and he shall present the entrance ticket upon the request of „Dzintari Concert Hall", Ltd. employees.
- The visitors shall observe the directions given by „Dzintari Concert Hall", Ltd. employees.
- The visitors shall be forbidden in the territory of Dzintari Concert Hall to:
- Enter under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs;
- Bring in food or beverages in glass containers, plastic bottles, cans, tins;
- Bring in sharp objects, weapons;
- Smoke in the auditorium and areas not designated for smoking;
- Bring in the auditorium the food and beverages purchased in territory;
- Bring in photo and video cameras;
- Take pictures or film the event without coordinating it with the organizer of the event;
- Attend the event in inappropriate clothes (swimsuit, flip-flops, beech shorts, etc.)
- If the visitor does not observe Regulations of an Establishment, the employees of "Dzintari Concert Hall", Ltd. shall be authorized to evict the visitor from the territory of Dzintari Concert Hall.
